- Payment Information: Credit card details and billing address (processed securely through Stripe)
- Client Information: Names, contact details, booking history, and notes you add about your clients
- Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: Features you use, pages you visit, time spent in the app, and interaction patterns
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

When you create bookings, your clients can see your business name, location, services, and availability.

- Firebase/Google Cloud: Hosting, database, authentication, and cloud functions
- Analytics Services: To understand how our platform is used
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

- After 30 days, we permanently delete your data from our active systems

6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Correction
You can access and update your account information at any time through your account settings.
6.2 Data Portability
You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting support@skedence.com.
6.3 Deletion
You can delete your account at any time. This will permanently remove your data after the 30-day recovery period.
6.4 Marketing Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or updating your notification preferences.
6.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. Currently, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
7. International Data Transfers
Skedence is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US where our servers are located. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

- Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information
